b. Provide your full name, contact information, and a clear explanation of the reason for the refund request.
c. Attach any relevant documentation or evidence to support your request.
3. Refund Processing: Once your refund request is received and assessed, we will:
a. Acknowledge receipt of your request within 7 business days.
b. Investigate the request to verify its validity.
c. Notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 10-15 business days from the date of acknowledgment.
If the refund is approved:
d. The refund will be processed through the original payment method, and the amount refunded will be equal to the unprovided services.
e. Refunds may take 21-30 business days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
4. Non-Refundable Services: Certain services may be non-refundable. These include but are not limited to services that have been fully or partially delivered, services with costs incurred by our consultancy firm, or services subject to specific terms in the engagement agreement.
